RENT ASSISTANCE

NESAP provides emergency assistance to qualified Carroll County residents with security deposits, rent and mortgage payments. Clients meet with the Program Coordinator to discuss their needs and NESAP's guidelines. Referrals may also be made to the Department of Social Services to secure help through their Rental Assistance program.
