Assistance for Northeast Carroll County residents is available through cooperative outreach programs for low-income families, such as our Back-to-School and Holiday Help Programs.
Back to School Program NESAP provides back-packs and supplies to clients with school aged children.
Holiday Help Program Churches, businesses, and individuals adopt families for the holidays, providing food and gifts for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
