 Outreach Programs

Assistance for Northeast Carroll County residents is available through our cooperative outreach programs for low-income families, such as  our Back-to-School program and the Holiday Help Program for Christmas and Thanksgiving.

Back to School Program

NESAP provides back-packs and supplies to clients with school aged children.

Holiday Help Program

Churches, business groups and individuals sponsor clients for the holidays, providing food for Thanksgiving and food and gifts for Christmas.
